Board of directors

Antalis International is administered by a Board of directors which is composed of eight members with varied and complementary experience, not only in the field of distribution but also in accounting and financial matters and in development strategy, as well as in environmental responsibility.

 

Pascal Lebard

Chairman of the Board

As a graduate of the EDHEC, Pascal Lebard began his career in the banking sector and was an Associated Director of 3i SA, before occupying management functions within the Ifil Group (now Exor). He joined the Sequana Group in 2004 where he initially performed the function of Deputy Chief Executive Officer before his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in 2007. Since 2013, he has combined that office with the office of Chairman of Sequana’s Board of directors.

His directorship will expire in 2019.

 

Hervé Poncin

Director and Chief Executive Officer

Graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris, IFA certified director, Hervé Poncin began his career at Renault Automation Germany. He joined Arthur Andersen & Cie as an organisational consultant. He was appointed as Director of Marketing, Key Accounts of Apple France and then of Apple Europe. He joined Arjomari Diffusion in 1994 as Director of Marketing before becoming Chief Executive Officer. He was successively appointed as Director of the Print Services Europe Business Unit of the Antalis Group, Director of Marketing & Purchasing, Chief Executive Officer France & Benelux and Chief Executive Officer Western Europe. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Antalis International in 2009.

His directorship will expire in 2020.

 

Franck Bruel

Independent Director

Franck Bruel is Executive Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee of ENGIE, in charge of the BtoB France Business Unit. He is a graduate of HEC Paris and has acquired solid experience in the services sector, both in France and internationally. He performed marketing and commercial functions as well as management functions within L’Oréal, Pinault Distribution, Samse, Saint Gobain Distribution and Sonepar.

He has been appointed Director of Antalis International until 2020.

 

Clare Chatfield

Independent Director

Clare Chatfield managed the Paris office of the international management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting. She is a graduate of Cambridge University and has an MBA degree from INSEAD and has developed particular expertise in energies and environmental issues. Among her clients are a substantial number of international industrial companies.

She has been appointed Director of Antalis International until 2021.

 

Delphine Drouets

Independent Director

Delphine Drouets is Managing Director of Preventel. She is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques and began her career at KPMG Audit. She performed operational and financial missions and management functions within Neuf Cegetel / SFR and provided consultancy services in mergers and acquisitions.

She has been appointed Director of Antalis International until 2019.

 

Cécile Helme-Guizon

Director

Cécile Helme-Guizon is a graduate of EM Lyon, a chartered accountant and a certified director in France and in the United Kingdom. She began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (audit & corporate finance) and Kingfischer Plc (mergers & acquisitions) and joined Darty as Director of International Development, becoming Managing Director of Subscriptions and Services and then Director of Strategy. She is also a Director of Sequana.

She has been appointed Director of Antalis International until 2020.

 

Christine Mondollot

Independent Director

Graduate of ESSEC, Mrs Christine Mondollot has a recognised experience in the consumer products and retailing sectors acquired within large French and American companies (Pernod Ricard, Kodak, Galeries Lafayette, Virgin). Digital technology forms an important part of her experience. She currently holds several directorships with various companies.

She has been appointed Director of Antalis International until 2020.

Represented by Amélie Finaz de Villaine

Director

Amélie Finaz de Villaine is Director of Investment at Bpifrance Investissement. She is a graduate of ESSEC and began her career in mergers and acquisitions at Rothschild & Cie Paris before joining Société Générale for five years in structured financing in New-York. She joined Bpifrance in 2009.

Bpifrance Participations has been appointed Director of Antalis International until 2019.
