Mission

The role of Purchasing in Antalis is to source quality products with effective service solutions for all of the Antalis business areas in a cost effective and responsible manner.

We strive to be a professional and efficient business partner to our suppliers and to develop a business relationship that delivers long term benefits to both parties.

Succeeding in the increasingly competitive environment of serving customer needs requires that we innovate and continuously develop cooperation with all of our stakeholders.

Our ambition is to be a professional and value adding business partner to our suppliers. We want to build a positive long term productive working relationship based upon trust and commitment. With selected suppliers we seek to develop our relationship into a real collaboration based on openness and information sharing. This leads to joint optimisation of the entire value chain while sharing best practices for instance in demand forecasting, order placement and in-bound logistics. It also enables better and more relevant product development. We believe that this kind of long-term co-operation results in innovation and growth for both parties.
