Paris, January 29, 2007 Antalis announces today that it has signed two Letters of Intent (LOI) with the group PaperlinX.The first one concerns the acquisition by Antalis of PaperlinX’s French subsidiary, Axelium. The second one focuses on the acquisition by PaperlinX of Antalis’ operations in Italy. These operations highlight Antalis’ strategy which is either to expand into fast-growing countries and market segments, or to strengthen its presence on markets where it is a key player.
