In the purpose of sending a written request via our website (www.antalis.com) and to possibly receive an answer, you must provide a certain number of information (the ones marked with an asterisk * being compulsory) including Personal Data within the meaning of Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council date 27 April 2016 and of the French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to personal data protection  (hereinafter “Personal Data Protection Laws”).

Any term with capital letter not hereinafter defined shall have the same meaning as defined in the Personal Data Protection Laws.

This information is intended for Antalis S.A.S. – n° 410 336 069 RCS Nanterre – 8 rue de Seine 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt (hereinafter “ANTALIS”), acting as Data Controller.

ANTALIS undertakes the processing of the Personal Data so gathered on the basis of its legitimate interest in receiving written requests from any person interested in its activities and in possibly responding to them.

The provision of this information to ANTALIS is carried out on a voluntary basis. Nevertheless, this communication is necessary to submit a request and to possibly receive an answer.

This information will be subject to manual and automated processing in order to be able to communicate with you as part of the processing of your request.

To ensure your request is properly dealt with by the relevant entity within the ANTALIS Group, your Personal Data could be transferred to and/or accessed by any ANTALIS subsidiary companies which are located around the world, in every country where ANTALIS group operates (for more information regarding these countries: click here) and authorized service provider on a need-to-know basis only, for the same and sole purposes as mentioned above, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Laws. Personal data may be processed outside of the European Union in accordance with Personal Data Protection Laws.

Your personal data will be kept for a minimum of 2 years and may be retained for an additional period defined according to the applicable statute of limitation.

In accordance with Personal Data Protection Laws, you have the right to access, modify, rectify, erase, block and delete any of your Personal Data, request an explanation and/or to object to the processing of your Personal Data for legitimate reasons. Finally, you can send “special directives” regarding the use of your Personal Data after your death.
