Information Notice – Protection of personal data
In order to be able to send a written question via the Antalis Group website (antalis.test.gaya.fr), and/or to receive periodical news by email about the Antalis Group, you must create your personal profile on the portal and provide a certain number of information (the ones marked with an asterisk * being compulsory) including personal data within the meaning of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as amended.
This information is intended for Antalis International S.A. – n° 410 336 069 RCS Nanterre – 8 rue de Seine 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt (hereinafter « Antalis »), acting as Data Controller.
Antalis undertakes the processing of the personal data so gathered on the basis of its legitimate interest in receiving written questions from any person interested in its activities and possibly responding to them and in communicating by email periodical news on the Antalis Group’s activities to anyone requesting for it on its website. The provision of this information to Antalis is carried out on a voluntary basis. Nevertheless, this communication is necessary to submit a question or to receive periodical news on the Antalis Group’s activities.
This information will be subject to manual and automated processing in order to be able to communicate with you as part of the processing of your question or your request to receive by email a regular information on Antalis Group news.
Your personal data will be kept for a minimum of 2 years and may be retained for an additional period defined according to the applicable statute of limitation.
